This menu is 100% paleo friendly, and can easily be modified to include grains or dairy if you prefer. Two recipes call for eggs, but one can easily be substituted for a "flax egg" alternative. It also calls for coconut aminos (but you can sub organic soy sauce), coconut flour/oil, almond flour, quinoa, nuts, almond milk (can sub for a milk of your choice), and fish.
